“You’re not just launching one campaign—you’re learning how to confidently run ads again and again. This is the foundation for everything you do from here.”

The game has changed: Your creative is now your targeting and matters more than ever!

Meta’s AI now scans your copy, visuals, and hooks to decide who sees your ad — and it learns from how people engage. Generic creative? It confuses the algorithm.
Strong, specific creative? It acts like a magnet, pulling the right people in.

And while tools like Advantage+ work for product brands, service-based and location-specific businesses still need smart strategy to guide the AI.

You can no longer chuck 1 piece of un-tested creative up and expect your ads to work. The game has changed.

Here’s what changes in just 4 weeks…

Before The Deep Dive:

  • You’ve boosted posts and crossed your fingers

  • You’ve spent money in Ads Manager with no clear idea why it didn’t work

  • You keep putting ads in the “too hard” basket

  • Maybe you even hired someone who promised to deliver but you have no idea what they actually did.

After 4 Weeks Inside The Deep Dive:

  • You’ve launched your first real campaign

  • You will learn how to create ad content that resonates with your audience

You feel confident interpreting the numbers in Ads Manager

  • Your copy and creative connect with your audience (because we reviewed it together)

Meet the Team

Hey, I’m Sarah—co-founder and strategist behind Byron Digital Marketing.

Before I built this business, I spent five years dreaming of living a more free, intentional life. Not just the "digital nomad" thing—but a life where I could swim with my kids in the morning, do meaningful work, and learn and grow in all aspects of my life.

It took five more years of corporate, side hustling, and two kids later to make that happen. We left the big city for a quiet town just outside Byron Bay—where I run BDM from our home, swim almost daily, and live close to nature.

I started where so many entrepreneurial women do:
With a great idea, loads of motivation, persistence, experience, and an ability to just make it happen, but a real fear of being seen, and a lack of confidence when it came to the analytics and the numbers.

I hid behind my role as a creative while my husband handled all the analytics. I thought I wasn’t wired for that side of business.

Then everything changed.

I stopped outsourcing my power. I got obsessed with understanding how things actually worked.

I went from hiding from Ads Manager to running campaigns that have helped female founders:

  • Take a side hustle to $20K+ months

  • Launch Australia’s first chlorine-free bathhouse in Byron Bay

  • Grow a healthy ready-made meals company with record breaking weeks

And most importantly?

I’ve taught every single one of them what the backend of Ads Manager actually means—so they can make informed decisions and stay in control of their business.

Because no one knows your business better than you.

And even if you do outsource your ads one day—you need to understand how it all works first.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes! This course was designed with you in mind. We’ll walk through everything step-by-step, using real language (not ad jargon) so you actually understand what you're doing. You'll learn to set up and run your first campaign with confidence, even if you're starting from scratch.

  • Nope. You don’t need to love spreadsheets to make this work. I’ll show you exactly which numbers matter (and which ones to ignore), and how to look at your results in a way that makes sense. You'll never be handed a confusing report again—we'll walk through everything live, together.

  • It depends on your budget. We have helped many businesses scale with ads during soft launch, however you need to have some organic social media presence, a website, and all your email automations sorted in order to get the most out of this course. If you’re clear on your offer and who you want to serve, have your website set up for traffic, now’s a great time to learn how to get in front of the right people, but you will need to have the extra budget to do so. This course gives you the strategy and setup you need to launch strong instead of figuring it out the hard way later.

  • Yes, absolutely. You’ll be able to submit questions via email between calls, and I’ll answer them during the live sessions or via email if it’s a quick fix. Email support is available Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 10am–3pm AEST—I’ll always do my best to get back to you within 24 hours during those times.

  • Absolutely. Whether you’re a Pilates studio, practitioner, coach, entrepreneur, or educator—this is for you. We work with many service based businesses across the board, and we’ll make sure your ads are tailored to the way your business actually operates.

  • Most people either boost posts and hope for the best, or they follow advice that wasn’t made for their type of business. In this course, we’ll build a proper strategy around your offer, audience and goals—so your ads actually do what they’re meant to: bring in clients. We hope by not gate-keeping you can learn what went wrong, how to fix it, and how to avoid wasting money again.

*Please remember: there are no guaranteed results when it comes to advertising. But having the right knowledge and support massively increases your chances of getting it right.

  • Running ads for e-commerce is actually easier in my opinion than for service-based businesses and something we LOVE being a-part of! We have worked with quite a few e-commerce businesses and the core foundations are all the same but the conversion goal is often different in the beginning which we will run through in this course. While this round is more focused on service-based businesses, you’ll still walk away with a campaign strategy, creative approach, and targeting knowledge that applies to product-based offers too. If you're not sure, reach out and we’ll chat.

  • Nope. If you can open Google Meet and follow instructions, you’ll be fine. Everything is broken down clearly—and if you want the backend stuff (like Pixel and API setup) handled for you, you can add that as an optional extra.
We do also offer instructions on how make sure your account is set up properly before we dive into the course.

  • All calls are recorded and shared with you each week. You’ll still be able to watch the replay and implement everything. Plus, you can submit questions via email via our support team. However, guys this is only 4 weeks! clear your schedule and make the most of it and BE ON THE CALLS! Be committed and set yourself up to succeed.

  • Hot Seats are short, focused coaching moments inside our live calls where we review one person’s ad account or campaign strategy in real time. You’ll learn just as much from watching others get feedback as you will from your own session.

Don’t worry there is no pressure to do this.

  • As part of the course, you’ll receive a 15-minute call with Sarah at a scheduled time before the course begins. This gives Sarah a chance to get to know your business, understand where you're at, and answer any initial questions. While this isn’t an ongoing 1:1 coaching program, you’ll have opportunities to ask questions during live sessions and through email in the lead-up to the course.

  • Great question—and the answer is: it depends on your business goals. But to give you a ballpark, most of our clients start with $500-$1000 for their first campaign. We’ll talk through realistic budgets inside the course, and I’ll help you decide what’s right for your business and goals. You don’t need a massive spend to start seeing traction but at the same time $10 per day is not going to be enough.

*please note ad spend is not included in the course and is at the client’s cost and responsibility of the client

  • Yes—but they don’t need to be professional. You’ll need a small library of content to start with: photos, videos, or anything you’d typically use in a reel or on your socials. We’ll guide you on how to use what you’ve got and make it work for your ads.

  • By the end of The Deep Dive Foundations course, you’ll walk away with:

    • A live, running Facebook/Instagram campaign tailored to your business

    • A clear understanding of how to set up, manage and measure your ads

    • A proven strategy you can repeat for future offers

    • Confidence in your numbers—no more staring blankly at Ads Manager

    • A messaging and creative toolkit that actually connects with your people

    • A stronger sense of what works (and why), so you can grow with clarity

This is the stuff most business owners spend months (and thousands of dollars) trying to figure out on their own. You’ll get it in four weeks—with support every step of the way.

  • Children running on a sandy beach with a wagon and driftwood structure.

Since running ads, we have never had so much engagement in our business! We have seen growth across all aspects, with sales increasing by 167%, ROAS continuing to grow, and a record-breaking week during our soft launch.

    Easterly

  • Assorted plated dishes of gourmet meals with meats, rice, and vegetables on a table.

We've recently launched an eCommerce business, and having the guidance of Sarah & the team as we journey into launching ads has been invaluable. As a small business owner, you wear a lot of hats, and it's so good to feel like you have an extension of your team and some extra ears that hear you!

Highly recommend their services and look forward to a continued relationship!

Since working with Byron Digital Marketing I have not only got a clear strategy that feels unique to our studio and values but we have seen an increase in new clients with each campaign. I feel like I have my own marketing team, people to call on to flesh out ideas, research, bring in new members that align with the studio, and ensure our voice always comes across in the right way. I'm no longer chasing my own tail.

Sarah and Tim were very thoughtful and clear in their communication, and are generous with their time and ideas. They just seemed to thrive on plowing through what seemed to me to be an unmanageable amount of things to pull together for my course launch including client research, copy-writing, design, FB ad complexity, social media posts and directing and delegating to me the things I needed to do.

  • Social Media Management and Marketing for Ash Grunwald

Sarah and Tim really hit the ground running when I came to them with my idea to do a live online show. They jumped straight in and acted as a part of my team doing everything from graphic design, Facebook ads, social media, and liaising with sponsors. They were the thread that tied everything together, were fun to work with, professional and, adaptable to our evolving needs

Sarah brings a highly focused but relaxed presence to her work.  We were extremely impressed with Sarah's ability to ask all the right questions and obtain an accurate and insightful understanding of our business model which was anything but straightforward.  This translated into a sophisticated and well-targeted plan for the next phase of our social media presence which Sarah had up and running super quickly.  I would highly recommend Sarah's services and hope to work with her again in the future.
